Construction Phase


The Construction Phase will be covered by CDM 2015 Regulations.
We provide an explanation of key responsibilities for the Principal Designer, Principal Contractor & the Architect/Designers.
If required, we provide the necessary paperwork materials to ensure you may start work on site. This is often a follow on from the above but if it is a standalone, this may include:

 

  • Liaising with HSe to produce the F10
  • Permits to Work
  • Liaising with CCS & CITB 
  • COSHH
  • Company Policies
  • Induction & Signing In Sheets
  • Tool Box Talks
  • On Site Programmes
  • Site Drawing Paperwork – A1 Drawings if required & A3 Laminated Drawings for Groundworks
  • All Site Specific Signage: Fire Exits, WC, Fire Extinguishers, First Aiders, Hospital Routes, Welfare, Letter to Neighbours, Hoarding Signage, Site Behaviour etc. 
  • First Aid & Eyewash for site
  • Accident Book
  • Diary 
  • Fire Management Plans (For Insurance Purposes)
  • RAMS
